Chances are you already have the correct software. Zions Automated Processing utilizes browser technology that you currently utilize to access the Internet. We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 11.0 or higher) for best results.

How do I get the new system?

How secure is the system?

Zions Automated Processing is a secure site that utilizes digital certificates and 512 bit-encryption. This is the highest level of security currently available on the Internet.

What new features are on Zions Automated Processing?

Your trade data is no longer stored on your computer's hard drive. As a remote user of Zions Automated Processing, you get the advantage of any on-going system updates without having to install new software. You also will notice that reports have an updated look, can be customized, and are much more flexible. In addition you can compare your portfolio against major indices such as LIBOR and the H-15 through our trade reporting option.

Can I export my trade data to an outside system?

Yes, the data may be exported as a flat data file or as an Excel spreadsheet file. These files can be customized to meet your needs.

What are the password requirements?

Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain both alpha and numeric characters (for example: PASSWORD99).

What do I do if my password becomes disabled, or I forget my user ID?

Call Shelene Brown at (801)844-7561. You will be asked to supply your User ID as well as the special identification code that has been assigned to you. This is an additional security feature being utilized to ensure that User ID's remain confidential.
